Allot / Update Student Section

Sec Setting option is used to allot sections to students.

Note:- Before allotting Section to students make sure that the sections for that class have been activated from Activation option of Admin module. 

Follow the below-mentioned steps to allot section to the students -

  • Click on Student module.
  • Click on Sec Setting option.
  • Following window opens.
  • If you want to allot section to all students of any particular class then select Class Wise option.
  • Select Shift [▼], Class [▼], Stream [▼].
  • Click on Search button.
  • The list of students will be displayed as follows.
  • Press Ctrl key of keyboard and using the left click of mouse to select the students.

OR

  • If you want to select all students then press Ctrl + A key from the keyboard.

Selected students will be highlighted with yellow color.

  • Select section like A, B, C from Section [▼] field.
  • Click on Save button.
  • If you want to allot section to any particular student then search student by selecting any of the following fields and filling the respective detail.
  • Reg No
  • Sr No
  • Name
  • Click on Search button.
  • The particular student will be displayed as follows.
  • Using the left click of mouse to select the student.

Student will be highlighted with yellow color.

  • Select section like A, B, C from Section [▼] field.
  • Click on Save button.
