Check Status of Sent and Pending SMS
Check Status option is used to check the status of SMS, process the following steps:
- Click on the “SMS” module.
- Select the “SMS Box” option.
- Select the “Template” in which the SMS was sent.
- Select the “Date” in which the SMS was sent.
- SMS was sent.
- Select the “Status” option and choose among the options (Not Send/Send/Pending) and click the “Refresh” button.
