Class Fee Structure Setting

Class Fee Structure ( Admin Module )

In VIDYA the School Management Software, Class Fee Structure option is used to set the Class fee Structure of Students.

Follow the Below Steps to Activate the Fee Head class wise.

  1. First Click on Admin Module.        
  1. Select the  Class Fee Structure option.
            
  1.     The Following window will open.
    
  1. First Select the Shift.
  2. Select the Class and Stream (If Given).
     
  1. Select the Fee Head as per your Need (Like: - Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Exam Fee etc.)
     
  1. Fill the fee amount.
      
  1. Select the Pay Month (In which month you want to Charge that Fees.)
    
  1.  Select Compulsory or Student Wise.
  1. Compulsory: - Active Compulsory those fees that you want to take from all the Students.
    1. Like: - Tuition Fees, Exam Fees, ID card Fee etc.
  2.  Student Wise: - Active Student wise those fees that you want to take some of Students.
  1. Like: - Admission Fee, Re-Admission Fee, Conveyance Fee etc.
  • Active the fee head.
    •        
    1. Click on Save Button to save the Class fee Structure.
    2. Click on Print Button to print the class fee Structure.
            
    Note: - Don’t Fill the Amount of Conveyance Fee or Late Fine. Only active the fee and set the fee Month and Choose the compulsory Or Student wise.
    1.  Conveyance Fee Amount will be added from Transport Module.
    2. Late Fine Amount will be added from Fine Condition.
