In VIDYA the School Management Software Bell option is used to configure the Automatic Bell Setting.

Follow the Below Steps to Add or Update the Bell Setting.

1. First Click on Settings  Module.
   

         

1. Click the Bell Option.
   

            

1.  The Following window will open.
   

            

1.  Follow to Below Steps to Add The Bell.
1. First Click on Download Bell Sound to Download the Bell Songs.
   
2. Write Bell name [ like- First period, Morning Bell, Lunch Over, School Over etc. ]
   
3. Check ☑All Day or  ☑Mon, ☑Tue, ☑Wed, ☑Thu, ☑Fri, ☑Sat (Days on which the bell is to be played)
   
4. Select the Bell Song by Using Select Tone Button.
   
5.  Select the Bell Timing.
   
6. Click on Add Button, your Bell will be saved successfully. 

1.  Follow to Below Steps to Update The Bell..
1. Click on the  Edit/Delete button to Edit/ Delete Bell setting.
   

                  

1. After Clicking the Edit Button. Following window will be open and click on Yes.
   

     

1. Update the Bell Setting and click on Update Button.
   

             

1. Write The Bell Name Like: - First period, Morning Bell, Lunch Over, School Over etc.
   
2. Select the Days on which you want to Ring Bell.
   
3.  Select the Bell Timing.
   
4. Select the Bell Song by Using Select Tone Button.
   
5.  Click on Update Button, your Bell will be updated successfully. 

1. Follow The Below Steps to Delete the Bell.
   
1.   Click on Delete Button to delete the Bell Setting.
   

                        

1. After Clicking the Delete Button. Following window will be open and click on Yes and Your Bell Setting will be Deleted Successfully.
