Not every school needs all pages enabled at the same time. Some schools may want to show only essential pages, while others may prefer activity-based or admission-related pages.
For example, schools may enable:
Image Gallery
Video Gallery
Prospectus
Admission Pages
Mandatory Disclosure
Fee Structure
At the same time, they may temporarily disable pages that are not required.
This gives schools better control over the website structure and page usage.
To manage website pages:
Login to the VIDYAOne School Website Admin Panel.
Open the Settings menu from the left sidebar.
Click on Enable Pages.
The page management screen will open.
Here you will see:
Website page usage capacity
All available pages
Currently enabled pages
Enable and remove options
At the top of the page, the system displays your website page usage limit.
Example: 33 of 40 pages in use
This means:
Your current plan allows 40 live pages
33 pages are already enabled
7 more pages can still be activated
This helps schools manage pages according to their subscription plan.
On the left side, you will see the All Pages Available section.
This section contains all pages that can be added to the website.
Examples:
Media Gallery
Download
Calendar
Prospectus
Quick Links
FAQ
Each page contains an Enable button beside it.
If a page is not currently visible on the website, it will appear in this section.
If you want to make a page live on the website:
Find the page from the available list.
Click on the Enable button.
The selected page will move to the Pages Going Live section.
After enabling the page:
The page becomes active
Visitors can access it on the website
The page is added to your website page count
This process is useful when schools want to activate new sections during admissions, events, or academic sessions.
On the right side, you will see the Pages Going Live section.
This section contains all pages currently enabled on the live website.
These are the pages visible to visitors.
Examples:
Video Gallery
Image Gallery
School Branch
Teaching Staff
Management Staff
Each page also contains a Remove button.
If your page limit is full and you want to enable a new page, you may first need to remove an existing one.
To disable a page:
Go to the Pages Going Live section.
Find the page you want to remove.
Click on the Remove button.
The page will move back to the available pages section.
After removing:
The page will no longer appear on the live website
Your page count will decrease
You can enable another page instead
This feature helps schools manage website limits efficiently.
Schools can enable pages depending on their current needs.
For example:
Schools may enable:
Prospectus
Admission Form
Fee Structure
FAQ
Schools may enable:
Media Gallery
Video Gallery
Calendar
Schools may enable:
Syllabus
Curriculum
Academic Calendar
This flexibility helps schools show only relevant content to visitors.
Both sections contain a search box where you can quickly search for any page.
This is useful when the website contains many modules and pages.
Simply type the page name to find it instantly.
After enabling or removing pages:
Click on the Set Pages & Go Live button.
This step is important because it applies the latest page settings to the live website.
Without saving, the changes may not appear on the website.
Before disabling a page, make sure:
The content is no longer required
Important information is backed up
The page is not currently needed for admissions or announcements
Removing a page only hides it from the live website. You can enable it again later whenever needed.
To keep the website clean and user-friendly:
Enable only important pages
Remove outdated or unused sections
Keep admission-related pages enable during admissions
Organize pages based on current school activities
Monitor your page usage limit regularly
A well-managed website improves navigation and user experience for parents and students.
This feature helps schools:
Manage limited website page capacity
Keep the website organized
Show only relevant information
Improve website navigation
Control live website content easily
It also gives schools the flexibility to update the website according to changing requirements throughout the academic year.
