In VIDYA the School Management Software DOB Certificate option is used to print the Date of Birth certificate.

Follow the Below Steps to generate and print DOB Certificate. 

• First Click on Certificate Module.
  

      

• Select  DOB Certificate  option.                             
  

• The Following window will open.
  

           

• Fill  Reg.No . (Or)  Sr.No . Then click the  View  button.
  

1.  Click  Import Record  button.
   
2. The following window will open.
   

          

1. Select on Reg no. Fill the Student Reg No.
   
2. Select on Sr. No. Fill the Student Sr. No.
   
3.  Select on Name. Fill the Student Name.
   
4. Select on Class wise.  Select the Class wise.
   
1. Select Shift.
   
2. Select Class.
   
3. Select Stream.
   
4. Select Section.
   
5.   Click on Search Button.
   
6. Your all student record will be listed as Follows.
   
7.   Select the Students by using Select All Checkbox.
   
                       Or


1. Select the Student by using Ctrl + Mouse Click.
   

1. Click on Add Button.
   
2. The Following Window will be Open at Front of you.
   

          

1. Select the Format (Format-1 Or Format-2)
   
2. Update the Student record.
   
3. Click on Print Button to Generate the Student DOB Certificate.
   

                 

1. Your DOB certificate will be generated as Follows. You can print or export it.
