Overview

The ID Card feature in the Student Module allows you to quickly generate, print, and export official student identity cards. You can create cards for the entire class, a selected group, or a specific student in just a few steps.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to generate and print ID Card -

1. Click on Student module.
   
2. Click on ID Card option.
   

            

• Following window will open.
  

• Select ☑ Shift [▼], ☑ Class [▼], ☑ Stream [▼], ☑ Section [▼]  to generate ID Card of students.
  
• Click on Load ID Card button.
  
• The ID Card of students will be generated as follows.
  
  
  
  
  

• If you want to change the color of ID Card then select the color from ID Card Color Theme  [▼] option.
  
• You can Print  ID Card in two formats -
  
  • Horizontal Format.
    
  • Vertical format.
    
• If you want to print ID Card of student then click on Print button.
  
• If you want to export ID Card in pdf, excel, etc format then click on  Export  button.
  

• If you want to generate and print ID card of any particular student then fill student's registration number or serial number Reg. no. or Sr. No. field.
  
• Click on View ID Card button.
  
• The ID Card of particular student will be generated as follows.         

• If you want to generate and print ID Card of selected students then click on Select Student .
  

• Following window will open.
  

• Select Class Wise, ☑ Shift [▼], ☑ Class [▼], ☑ Stream [▼], ☑ Section [▼]  to search students .
  


• Student records will be listed as follows.            

• Press ctrl key of keyboard and using the left click of mouse select the students.
  
• Selected students will be highlighted with yellow color.
  
• Click on OK button.
  
• The ID Card of selected students will be generated as follows
