In VIDYA the School Management Software Notice option is used to print the Notice for Students.

Follow the Below Steps to generate and print Notice. 

1. First Click on Certificate Module.    
   

1.     Select Notice Board  option.                                                                                               
   

• The following window will open.
  

             

•  Click on Import Record Button.
  
• The Following Window will be Open at Front of you.
  

            

1. Select on Reg no. Fill the Student Reg No.
   
2. Select on Sr. No. Fill the Student Sr. No.
   
3. Select on Name. Fill the Student Name.
   
4. Select on Class wise.  Select the Class wise.
   
1. Select Shift.
   
2. Select Class.
   
3. Select Stream.
   
4. Select Section.
   
5. Click on Search Button.
   
6. Your all student record will be listed as Follows.
   
7. Select the Students by using Select All Checkbox.
   

1. Select the Student by using Ctrl + Mouse Click.
   

1. Click on Add Button.
   
2. The Following Window will be Open at Front of you.
   

          

1.   Fill the Notice Subject.
   
2. Select the Date of Notice.
   
3. Type the Notice Content.
   
4. Click on Print Notice Button to Generate the Notice.
   

         

• Your Notice will be generated as Follows. You can print or export it.
