Export and Print Reports in Account Module

The Account Report feature in VIDYA allows schools to view, export, and print financial reports such as the Day Book and Account Book Details, making it easy to maintain accurate financial records.

Follow the Below Steps to Generate and Print report of Account Module. 

  • First Click on Account Module        
  1. Select the Report Option.
                                                     





 


Day Book Report

  1. Select the Day Book tab.
  2. Choose the From Date and To Date for the report.
  3. Click the View button.
  4. The Day Book report will appear on the screen.
  5. Click the Print or Export button to save the report in your preferred format (PDF, Excel, etc.).

Account Book Detail Report

  1. Select the A/C Book Detail tab.
  2. Choose the specific Account Book from the list.
  3. Select the From Date and To Date.
  4. Click the View button.
  5. The Account Book Detail report will display.
  6. Click Print or Export to save or print the report.
