Export and Print Student Admission Form

Detail ( Student Module )

Overview

The Detail feature in the Student Module allows administrators to view, print, and export a student’s completed admission form along with their fee payment history. Follow these steps to access and manage admission details efficiently.


1. Access the Detail Window

  1. Navigate to the Student Module

  2. Click Detail

→ The Detail window will appear

2. Retrieve a Student’s Record

A. By Registration or Serial Number

  1. Enter the student’s Reg. No. or Sr. No.

  2. (Optional) Select a Color Theme [▼] to change the report’s appearance

  3. Click View
    → The student’s admission form will display immediately


B. If Reg. No. or Sr. No. is Not Available

  1. Click Find Student




  1. Apply filters to narrow your search:

    • All (for complete list)

    • Shift [▼], Class [▼], Stream [▼], Section [▼]

  2. Choose a search criterion:

    • Student Name, Last Name, Father’s Name, Address, or Mobile No. (radio buttons)

  3. Enter the relevant search term

  4. In the result list, double-click the student row
    → The student’s admission form will load in the Detail window






3. View Fee Details

  • Once the admission form is visible, click the Fee Detail tab
    → This will show:

    • All deposited fees

    • Payment dates

    • Outstanding balances




4. Print or Export Records

A. Print

  • Click Print to send the Admission Form or Fee Details (if selected) to the printer

B. Export

  • Click Export

  • Choose a file format (PDF, Excel, etc.)
    → Save for digital use or sharing
