Detail  option is used to view or print the filled admission form and fee details of the student.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to use Detail option -

1. Click on Student module.
   
2. Click on Detail option.
   

            

• Following window opens.
  

• Enter registration number or serial number of student in Reg No. or Sr No. field.
  
• If you want to change the color of Student Detail report then select the color from  Color Theme  [▼]  option.  
  
• Click on View   button to view the student details.
  
• Student detail report will be displayed as follows.
  

• If you want to see the deposited fees details of student then click on Fee Detail tab.
  
• If you want to print the detail report or fee detail report of student then click on  Print  button.
  
• If you want to export report in pdf, excel, etc format then click on  Export  button.

• If you don't know the Reg. No. or Sr. No. of student then click on Find Student button.
  
• Select  ☑ All,  ☑ Shift [▼], ☑ Class [▼], ☑ Stream [▼], ☑ Section [▼]  to filter the records.
  
• Select the radio button by which you want to search the student  (Student Name, Last Name, Father Name, Address, Mobile No.) .
  
• Type the respective detail in the field.
  
• Using  left click  of mouse  double click  the student record.
  
• Student detail report will be displayed on your computer screen.
