Overview
The Detail feature in the Student Module allows administrators to view, print, and export a student’s completed admission form along with their fee payment history. Follow these steps to access and manage admission details efficiently.
Navigate to the Student Module
Click Detail
Enter the student’s Reg. No. or Sr. No.
(Optional) Select a Color Theme [▼] to change the report’s appearance
Click View
→ The student’s admission form will display immediately
Click Find Student
Apply filters to narrow your search:
All (for complete list)
Shift [▼], Class [▼], Stream [▼], Section [▼]
Choose a search criterion:
Student Name, Last Name, Father’s Name, Address, or Mobile No. (radio buttons)
Enter the relevant search term
In the result list, double-click the student row
→ The student’s admission form will load in the Detail window
Once the admission form is visible, click the Fee Detail tab
→ This will show:
All deposited fees
Payment dates
Outstanding balances
Click Print to send the Admission Form or Fee Details (if selected) to the printer
Click Export
Choose a file format (PDF, Excel, etc.)
→ Save for digital use or sharing
