In VIDYA the School Management Software Trial Balance option is used for generating/printing the opening and closing balance of all account books.

Follow the Below Steps to Generate and Print Trail Balance. 

  1. First Click on Account Module.    
  • Select Trial Balance option from.                                                                                           
  •  The following window will open.            
  • The account book will be listed here. You can see the opening and closing balance of account book.

        
  • Opening & Closing Balance is used to match the transactions of Account book.
  • Click on print button to print the list of trail balance of Account Book.
