Grade Marks option is used to insert the marks of additional subjects.

Note- Before doing Grade Mark entry make make sure that you have done grade subject entry.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to process Subject Entry -               


  • Click on Exam CBSE  Module.
  • Select Grade Marks option     
  • ​
  •                                                                                                                   
  • Select Shift, Class, Stream & Section.
  • Click on Load Records button. 
  • Grade Subjects list will be displayed.
  • You can select the students by clicking on the Reg No field and selecting the students Reg No.

                                                                                      OR
  • You can enter grade marks of student by either clicking on Next Student or Prev Student button.
  • Fill Marks according to the Desc. Indicators.
  • Click on Cancel  button to cancel the entry.
  • Click on Save button to save the record.
