How to add awards and achievements on the VIDYAOne school website.

The Awards & Achievements menu lets your institute showcase recognitions received in sports, education, and other areas. VIDYAOne allows you to manage this from the admin panel under Campus Life.

How to Navigate to the Awards & Achievements Editor

  1. Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
  2. Click on Campus Life
  3. Select Awards & Achievements from the dropdown
  4. You will see two default categories: Sports and Education
  5. You can also create a new category by clicking

How to Add an Award or Achievement

  1. Select the category tab you want to add the award under (e.g., Sports or Education)
  2. Click the Edit button on the top right

  1. Click + Add to add a new entry
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. Heading – The title of the award or achievement (e.g., "Best Chess Player School"). Maximum 70 characters.
    2. Description – A brief description of the achievement and its significance. Maximum 1200 characters.
    3. Awarded By – The name of the authority or organisation that granted the award. Maximum 70 characters.
    4. Date Awarded – The date on which the award was received
    5. Certificate URL – A link to the certificate if available online
    6. Display Order – The order in which this entry appears on the page
  3. In Achievement Images Section you can Upload the School's Achievement Image.

  1. In Achievement Vidoes Section Insert the youtube video link of award functions.

  1. Click Save to apply your changes

How to Add a New Category

  1. If your institute has achievements in areas beyond Sports and Education:
  2. Click + New Category next to the existing category tabs

  1. Enter the name of the new category
  2. Add achievements under it following the same steps above


Important Tips

Keep the Heading specific and clear (e.g., "National Science Olympiad Winner" rather than just "Science Award")
Use the Description to explain the significance of the award and what it means for your institute
Use the Display Order field to control which achievements appear first
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
