How to add campus tour images or videos on VIDYAOne school website
The Campus Tour menu gives visitors a virtual walkthrough of your institute's campus. You can add an introduction and detailed tour sections for different areas of the campus. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Campus Life.
How to Navigate to the Campus Tour Editor
Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
Click on Campus Life
Click on the Campus Tour tab at the top of the page
Section 1: Campus Tour Content
This is the main introduction section for the Campus Tour page.
- Click the Edit button on the top right
- Fill in the following fields:
- Section Heading – The main heading for the campus tour section (e.g., "A Digital Walkthrough of Campus"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Description – A description introducing the campus tour and its highlights. Maximum 1200 characters.
- Campus Tour Image – Upload campus images that showcase classrooms, buildings, playgrounds, laboratories, and other school facilities.
- Campus Tour Video – Add a YouTube campus tour video to give parents and students a virtual view of the school environment and infrastructure.
- Click Save to apply your changes
Section 2: Tour Sections
This section lets you add detailed entries for individual areas of your campus (e.g., Classrooms, Library, Sports Ground).
- Scroll down to the Tour Sections area
- Click + New section
- For each tour section, fill in the following fields:
- Section Title – The title for this part of the campus (e.g., "Air Conditioned Classrooms"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Section Description – A description explaining this part of the campus. Maximum 1200 characters.
- Tour Video - Add the campus tour video link to help parents and students explore the school facilities virtually. Only YouTube video links are supported.
- You can rearrange your tour sections by dragging and dropping them
- Click Save to apply your changes
Important Tips
Add tour sections for all key areas such as classrooms, labs, library, sports facilities, and auditorium
Use clear and descriptive section titles so visitors can easily understand what they are viewing
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
