How to update content of AboutUs page on the VIDYAOne school website.

The About Us page helps visitors learn more about your school's identity, values, and history. VIDYAOne allows you to manage multiple content categories within this page from the admin panel.

How to Navigate to the About Us Menu

  1. Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
  2. Under School Info, click on School Information
  3. At the top of the page, click on the About Us tab

Understanding the About Us Categories

The About Us page is divided into multiple content categories, each displayed as a tab:
  1. Mission – Share your institute's mission statement and core purpose
  2. Vision – Describe the long-term goals and vision of your institute
  3. History – Tell the story of how your institute was founded and grew
  4. About Us – A general overview of your institute
  5. Journey – Highlight key milestones and achievements over the years
You can also create additional custom categories by clicking + New Category.

How to Edit content of any Category

  1. Click on the category tab you want to edit (e.g., Mission)
  2. Click the Edit button on the top right

  1. Update Content in the following fields:
    1. Section Heading – The main heading for this category (e.g., "Mission Statement"). Maximum 70 characters.
    2. Description – A detailed write-up for this category. Maximum 1200 characters.
    3. Mission Image - A Visual image of represent the School's mission.
    4. Mission Video - A detailed Intro Video to showcase the Mission of School.
  2. Click Save to apply your changes

How to Add Mission Cards

  1. Each category also supports Mission Cards — small highlight cards that summarise key points.
  2. Scroll down to the Mission Cards Content section
  3. Click + New Card to add a card
  4. You can rearrange the display order of cards by dragging and dropping them


Important Tips

Fill in all required fields marked as Required before saving
Keep the Section Heading clear and relevant to the category
Use the Description to write meaningful content about your institute
You can add as many custom categories as needed using + New Category
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live
