How to Add or Update Photo Gallery

The Photo Gallery feature on the VIDYA School Website is a visual showcase of your school’s vibrant events, ceremonies, competitions, and special moments. It allows you to share memories and engage your school community in a beautiful, organized way.

Whether it’s a Sports Day, Annual Function, or a Science Exhibition, the photo gallery lets you highlight it all—easily and professionally.

🖼️ How to Add / Insert Images in the Gallery

Follow these steps to upload new images to your school website gallery:

Steps:

  1. Login to your Admin Panel.

  2. Click on the “Photo Gallery” option.



Click the “New Photo” button.


Fill in the required details:
Name of the photo/event.
Select Group (e.g., Annual Day, Sports, Competitions).
Description of the photo.
Select Yes/No to allow photo download.
Click “Browse” to select an image from your computer.
Click “Upload” to upload the image.
Finally, click on “Save” to publish the photo.


✅ Your photo is now live in the School Website Gallery.

✏️ How to Edit or Delete Photos

Made a mistake? Want to update or remove an image? You can easily do it using these steps:

🗑️ Delete Photo:

  1. Go to the Photo Gallery section in Admin Panel.

  2. Click on the “Delete” icon next to the image you want to remove.



🛠️ Edit Photo:

  1. Click on the “Edit” icon next to the photo.

  2. The photo details (name, description, etc.) will appear in editable fields.



  1. Make the required changes.
  2. Click to save your edits.
