How to add management staff on VIDYAOne school website

The Management Staff webpage allows your institute to showcase key leadership and academic staff profiles on the website. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under School Information.

How to Navigate to the Management Staff Menu

  1. Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
  2. Under School Info, click on School Information
  3. Select Management Staff from the dropdown
  4. You will see two default department tabs: Management and Academic Management
  5. You can also create a new department by clicking + New Department

How to Add a New Staff Member

  1. Select the department tab you want to add the staff member under (e.g., Management)
  2. Click the Edit button on the top right
  3. Click + New Management to add a new entry

Part 1: Management Details (Required)

Full Name – The full name of the staff member (e.g., "School Principal")
Position / Role – Their role in the institute (e.g., "Principal")
Date of Birth – Their date of birth
Joining Date – The date they joined the institute
Years of Experience – Total years of experience in their field
Gender – Select from the dropdown (Male / Female / Other)
Display Order – The order in which this staff member appears on the page

Part 2: Management Photo & Address 

  1. Upload a photo of the staff member. Maximum image size is 1MB (400 x 500 pixels)
  2. Add a Photo Caption and Photo Description (Alt Text)
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    1. Street Address
    2. City
    3. State – Select from the dropdown
    4. District – Select from the dropdown
    5. Country – Select from the dropdown
    6. PIN Code

Part 3: Qualifications & Achievements (Optional)

Add Awards / Achievements – Click + Add Another Award to add multiple entries (e.g., "Best Leadership Award", "Gold Medalist in Science")
Add Qualifications – Click + Add Another Qualification to add multiple entries (e.g., "Ph.D. in Education", "M.Ed.", "B.Sc.")


Part 4: Contact & Social

Fill in the following fields:
  1. Email Address – The staff member's official email (e.g., "principal@school.edu")
  2. Contact Numbers – Add one or more contact numbers. Click + Add Another Number to add more. Check Show Contact Number to display it on the website.
  3. Social Profiles – Add social media profile links by selecting the platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and entering the Profile URL. Click + New Social Profile to add more.

Click Save to apply your changes


How to Add a New Department

If your institute has staff groups beyond Management and Academic Management:
Click + New Department next to the existing tabs


Enter the name of the new department
Add staff members under it following the same steps above


Important Tips

Fill in all fields marked as Required before saving
Use the Display Order field to control which staff members appear first on the page
Add qualifications and achievements to build trust and credibility with parents and students
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
