Add or Update Videos

The Video Gallery is an engaging section on your school website that showcases videos from various events, celebrations, competitions, and special moments. It provides a dynamic way to share school activities with students, parents, and visitors.

📌 How to Add Videos to the Gallery

To add YouTube videos to your school's website, follow these steps:

✅ Pre-Requisites:

  1. Create a YouTube Account for your school (if not already done).

  2. Upload your school videos to the YouTube account.

  3. Ensure the video visibility is set to “Public” so it can be embedded on your website.

🧩 Steps to Add a Video:

STEP 1:
Login to the Admin Panel and go to the Video Gallery option.


STEP 2:
Open the desired video in your YouTube account and copy the video URL from the browser’s address bar.



STEP 3:
In the Video Gallery panel:

  • Select the Category of the video.

  • Paste the YouTube video URL.

  • Enter a Title for the video.

  • Add a Summary/Description (optional).

  • Click on the Submit button.

Now your Video is live.

🎉 Your video is now added and visible in the Video Gallery on your website.

✏️ How to Edit or Delete Videos

🔄 To Edit a Video:

  1. In the Video Gallery, click on the Edit icon next to the video.

  3. Modify the URL, title, or description as needed.

  4. Click Submit to save the changes.



❌ To Delete a Video:

  1. Click on the Delete icon beside the video.

  2. Confirm the action if prompted.

✅ Tip: Always preview your Video Gallery on the school website after making changes to ensure everything looks and works as expected.
