Creating a regular backup of your database is crucial for protecting school records and ensuring data recovery in case of any unforeseen issues. VIDYA School Software offers a seamless way to back up data directly to Google Drive.

Follow these simple steps to create your backup:

1. Open VIDYA School Software.
   
2. Click on Backup on Google Drive Button.
   

          

1. Click on Upload Database to Google drive Button. 
   

         

1. Default Browser will open. Select email id which you entered in VIDYA school software.
   

       

1.  Click on Continue button.
   

         

1. After click continue button. Google drive backup setup is completed.
   
2.  Now you can see Google Drive Backup is created successfully.
   

          

1.  Open Google Drive. You can find a folder of you school Sender Id for Ex- VIDYA_VKDEMO.
   
2.  Then Check last Modified date.
