How to Enable Required Pages for Your Institute Website in VIDYAOne
After selecting a template, the next step is to enable the pages you want to show on your school website. VIDYAOne allows you to control which pages are visible, so you can keep your website simple and relevant.
Why Page Selection is Important
Not every institute needs all pages. Enabling only the required pages helps you:
Keep your website clean and easy to navigate
Show only useful information to visitors
Manage your content more efficiently
How to Enable Pages from Onboarding (Basic Setup)
In the Website Onboarding section, you will see Page Visibility Settings.
- Enable or disable basic pages using toggle buttons
- Quickly set up important pages like:
- Home Page
- About Us
- Admission Page
- Contact Page
- Image Gallery
- Infrastructure Page
Turn ON the toggle to enable a page
Turn OFF the toggle to disable a page
Click on Save Page Settings to apply changes
This section is useful for quick setup with only essential pages.
Page Limit Information
Your website plan allows a fixed number of pages (for example, 40 pages).
You can see:
Total pages enabled
Maximum page limit available
Make sure you enable only the pages you actually need.
How to Enable More Pages (Advanced Page Manager)
If you want to manage all available pages, click on Open Advanced Page Manager.
You will be redirected to the Enable Pages screen.
View all available pages for your website
See which pages are currently active (Going Live)
Enable new pages or remove existing ones
Browse the list of all pages.
Click Enable to add a page to your website.
Click Remove to disable any page.
Click on Set Pages & Go Live to save changes.
Important Tips
Start with basic pages, then add more if needed.
Avoid enabling too many pages at once.
Keep your website simple and easy to use.
You can update page settings anytime.
