If you've created an Instagram account for your educational institution, you can link it to your website so visitors can easily visit and follow your Instagram profile.

Before You Begin

Before linking your Instagram profile, make sure you have:

• An Instagram account for your educational institution.
• Access to the Instagram account.

Step 1: Open Your Instagram Profile

1. Sign in to your Instagram account.
2. Go to your institution's profile page.
3. Make sure you're viewing the correct profile.

Step 2: Copy Your Instagram Profile URL

If you're using a web browser:

1. Open your Instagram profile.
2. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.

Your profile URL will look similar to:

https://www.instagram.com/YourSchoolName/

If you're using the Instagram mobile app:

1. Open your profile.
2. Tap Share Profile.
3. Tap Copy Link.

Tip: Copy your profile URL, not the link to an individual post, Reel, or Story.

Step 3: Open the Social Media Settings

1. Sign in to your Institution Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to Social Media.
3. Find the Instagram section.

Step 4: Paste Your Instagram Profile URL

Paste the copied Instagram profile URL into the Instagram field.

Example:

https://www.instagram.com/YourSchoolName/

Make sure the URL is correct before saving.

Step 5: Save the Configuration

1. Click the Save button.
2. Wait for the confirmation message.

After the URL is saved successfully, your Instagram profile will be linked to your institution's website.

Visitors will now be able to open your Instagram profile directly from your website.

Verify Your Profile Link

After saving:

1. Refresh the page if needed.
2. Open your institution's website.
3. Click the Instagram icon or link.
4. Confirm that it opens your institution's official Instagram profile.

If you're unable to find your Instagram profile URL:

• Make sure you're signed in to the correct Instagram account.
• Open your institution's profile, not an individual post or Reel.
• If you're using the Instagram app, use Share Profile → Copy Link to copy your profile URL.
• Double-check that you've pasted the URL into the Instagram field before clicking Save.
