If you've created a LinkedIn Page for your educational institution, you can link it to your website so visitors can easily learn more about your institution and follow your latest updates.

Before You Begin

Before linking your LinkedIn Page, make sure you have:

• A LinkedIn Page for your educational institution.
• Administrator access to the LinkedIn Page.

Step 1: Open Your LinkedIn Page

1. Sign in to your LinkedIn account.
2. Click For Business or open the left navigation menu.
3. Select your institution's LinkedIn Page.
4. Make sure you're viewing the correct page before copying the link.

Step 2: Copy Your LinkedIn Page URL

If you're using a web browser:

1. Open your institution's LinkedIn Page.
2. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.

Your LinkedIn Page URL will look similar to:

https://www.linkedin.com/company/your-school-name/

Tip: Copy the URL of your institution's LinkedIn Page, not your personal LinkedIn profile.

Step 3: Open the Social Media Settings

1. Sign in to your Institution Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to Social Media.
3. Locate the LinkedIn section.
   

Step 4: Paste Your LinkedIn Page URL

Paste the copied LinkedIn Page URL into the LinkedIn field.

Example:

https://www.linkedin.com/company/your-school-name/

Make sure the URL is correct before saving.

Step 5: Save the Configuration

1. Click the Save button.
2. Wait for the confirmation message.

After the URL is saved successfully, your LinkedIn Page will be linked to your institution's website.

Visitors will now be able to access your institution's LinkedIn Page directly from your website.

Verify Your Page Link

After saving:

1. Refresh the page if needed.
2. Open your institution's website.
3. Click the LinkedIn icon or link.
4. Confirm that it opens your institution's official LinkedIn Page.

• Make sure you're signed in with an account that manages your institution's LinkedIn Page.
• Open your institution's LinkedIn Page, not your personal LinkedIn profile.
• Copy the complete URL from your browser's address bar.
• Verify that you've pasted the URL into the LinkedIn field before clicking Save.
