The Syllabus webpage helps your institute share class-wise or subject-wise curriculum details on the website. It makes it easier for students and parents to view the academic plan in one place.
How to Navigate to Syllabus
Go to the left sidebar and click Academics.
Open the Syllabus section from the available academic pages or top menu.
How to Add a New Syllabus
- Click the Edit button on the top right.
- Click + New Syllabus to add a new syllabus entry.
- Enter the syllabus title, such as class name, subject name, or academic year.
- Add the main syllabus details in the content area.
- Keep the information organized so visitors can quickly understand the curriculum.
- Syllabus Image Fields
- Upload Image - Upload the Image file of syllabus.
- Image Caption – The main name of the syllabus entry.
- Image Description – A short summary of the syllabus content, subjects, or course outline.
- Allow Download - Use to provide the access on download
How to Upload the Syllabus File
Scroll to the file upload area in the syllabus editor.
- Click Upload or the file attachment option.
- Select the syllabus file from your computer.
- Supported formats usually include PDF or document files, depending on your setup.
Make sure the file is clearly named before uploading.
How to Save and Publish
Review the syllabus content before saving.
Click Save to store the changes.
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make the syllabus visible on the website.
Verify the live page after publishing to ensure the file and content display correctly.
Important Tips
Use a clear heading like Syllabus 2026–27 or Class 10 Science Syllabus.
Keep the file size optimized so the page loads quickly.
Make sure the syllabus is updated whenever the curriculum changes.
If you manage multiple classes, create separate entries for each class or subject for better clarity.
