How to manage Payment Details on VIDYAOne school website

The Payment Details webpage allows your institute to publish payment guidelines, UPI details, payment links, and bank account information so parents can make fee payments safely and easily. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Rules and Policy.

How to Navigate to the Payment Details Menu

  1. Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
  2. Under Rules and Policy, click on Schools Policies
  3. Click on Payment Details menu

Payment Guidelines (Required)

This section displays important instructions for parents before making a payment.
Click the Edit button on the top right
Fill in the following fields:
  1. Heading – A heading that highlights the payment instructions (e.g., "Important Guidelines to Ensure Safe Payment"). Maximum 70 characters.
  2. Description – A brief note guiding parents to follow the instructions before making payment. Maximum 800 characters.
  3. Guidelines List – Add each guideline as a separate point by clicking + Add Guideline (e.g., "Verify the account name and number before transferring funds", "Do not share your OTP or UPI PIN with anyone", "Payments should be made only to the official school bank account or UPI ID provided below")


UPI List Content

This section allows you to add UPI payment options with QR codes for parents to scan and pay.
For each UPI option, fill in the following:
  1. UPI ID – The UPI ID where payments should be received (e.g., "demo@sbi"). Maximum 70 characters.
  2. Click on the QR code area to upload a QR Code image. Maximum image size is 2MB (400 x 400 pixels). Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, BMP.
  3. QR Code Image Title – A title for the QR code. Maximum 70 characters.
  4. Alternative Text – A short description of the QR code. Maximum 70 characters.
You can add multiple UPI IDs with separate QR codes


Pay Links Content

This section allows you to add online payment gateway links so parents can pay directly by clicking a button.
For each payment link, fill in the following:
  1. Name – The name of the payment platform (e.g., "RazorPay", "Paytm")
  2. Payment Link – The URL of the payment page
  3. Link Text – The text shown on the button (e.g., "Click to Pay")
You can add multiple payment links for different platforms


Bank Details

This section displays the institute's bank account information for parents who prefer direct bank transfers.

Fill in the following fields:
  1. Bank Name – The name of the bank
  2. Account Name – The name on the bank account
  3. Account Number – The bank account number
  4. IFSC Code – The IFSC code of the bank branch
  5. Branch – The branch name
Click Save to apply your changes

Important Tips

Always keep payment guidelines up to date to protect parents from fraud
Add all available payment options (UPI, payment links, bank transfer) so parents can choose the most convenient method
Double-check all bank details and UPI IDs before publishing to avoid payment errors
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
