How to Manage Quick Links on VIDYAOne school website
The Quick Links allows your institute to add important external links on the website so parents and students can quickly access useful resources such as the CBSE syllabus, examination circulars, scholarship details, and more. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel.
How to Navigate to the Quick Links Menu
Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
Under Media & Resources, click on Quick Links
How to Add a New Quick Link
- Click the Edit button on the top right
- Click + New Links to add a new entry
- For each link, fill in the following fields:
- Link Text – A clear and user-friendly label for the link (e.g., "Download CBSE Syllabus / Curriculum", "CBSE Examination Circulars", "Visit CBSE Main Site – Latest Notices"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Link URL – The complete and correct URL for the link, including https:// (e.g., "https://cbseacademic.nic.in/curriculum_2026.html")
- You can reorder quick links by dragging and dropping them into the desired order
Click Save to apply your changes
Important Tips
Use clear and descriptive link text so visitors immediately understand where the link will take them
Always include the full URL with https:// to ensure the links work correctly
Regularly check that all links are active and pointing to the correct pages
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
