1. Login to the VIDYAOne School Website Admin Panel.

2. Open the Template Setup section.

Inside this page, users can view:

• Purchased templates

• Available free templates

• Premium purchased designs

The newly purchased template will now appear in the purchased templates section.

Activate the Purchased Template

To apply the premium template:

1. Find the purchased template.

2. Click on the Select Template or Activate Template button.

The system may ask for confirmation before applying the new design.

After confirmation:

• The template is successfully activated

• The website design changes immediately inside the admin preview

The school’s existing website content remains safe while only the design and layout are updated.

Publish the Premium Template on Live Website

After activating the template, schools should click on the Publish button from the website admin panel.

Publishing is important because:

• The new template becomes live on the website

• Visitors can see the updated design

• All existing content appears in the new layout

Without publishing, the newly activated template may not appear on the live website.

Existing Website Content Remains Safe
