How to update Terms of Payment on VIDYAOne School Website

The Terms of Payment webpage allows your institute to publish fee payment policies, accepted payment modes, refund terms, and other financial guidelines for parents. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Rules and Policy.

How to Navigate to the Terms of Payment Menu

Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
Under Rules and Policy, click on Schools Policies
At the top of the page, click on the Terms of Payment tab


How to Add or Edit a Terms of Payment Section

The Terms of Payment page is made up of multiple sections, each covering a different payment topic (e.g., "Fee Structure and Due Dates", "Payment Modes"). You can add as many sections as needed.
Click the Edit button on the top right
Click + New Term to add a new section, or edit an existing one

Fill in the following fields in the Terms of Payment Page Content section:
  1. Title – The title of this payment section (e.g., "Terms of Payment", "Payment Modes", "Refund Policy", "Fee Structure"). Maximum 70 characters.
  2. Heading – A short heading that summarises the payment terms in this section (e.g., "Fee Structure and Due Dates"). Maximum 70 characters.
  3. Description – A brief overview explaining the payment terms or conditions (e.g., "These terms explain the payment policies for admission, tuition, and other fees"). Maximum 800 characters.
  4. Terms List – Add each payment rule as a separate point by clicking + Add Rule (e.g., "All fees including admission, tuition, and activity charges are communicated during enrolment", "Fees are payable on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis", "Online payment via school portal or UPI/Net Banking", "Cash or card payment at the school office during working hours")
You can reorder sections by dragging and dropping them into the desired order

Click Save to apply your changes

Important Tips

Keep payment terms clear and specific so parents understand their financial obligations
Cover all key areas such as fee due dates, accepted payment modes, late payment penalties, and refund conditions
Update this section at the start of every academic year to reflect any changes in fee policy
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
