How to upload webpage banner Image (hero section) on VIDYAOne school website
The Hero Section is the banner that appears at the top of your website pages. It displays a prominent heading, short description, background image, and a call-to-action button. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Home Page.
How to Navigate to the Hero Section Menu
Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
Under School Info, click on Home Page
At the top of the page, click on the Hero Section tab
How to Add or Edit a Hero Section
Click the Edit button on the top right
Click + New Hero Section to add a new banner, or edit an existing one
Fill in the following fields in the Hero Section Content section:
- Main Heading – The main heading displayed on the hero banner (e.g., "VIDYAOne Creating Future"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Short Description – Supporting text shown below the heading (e.g., "Here each student is nourished with knowledge"). Maximum 150 characters.
How to Add a Call to Action Button (Optional)
A Call to Action (CTA) button directs visitors to a specific page or link when clicked.
Scroll down to the Call to Action section
Fill in the following fields:
- Call to Action Text – The text shown on the button (e.g., "Know About Our Values"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Call to Action URL – The full URL where visitors will be redirected when they click the button (e.g., "https://vidyaone.com")
How to Assign the Hero Section to Pages
Each hero section can be displayed on up to 5 pages of your website.
Scroll down to the Assigned Pages section
In the Show On Pages field, type a page name and press Enter, or select from the suggestions (e.g., Home, About Us)
You can assign the hero section to a maximum of 5 pages
Click Save to apply your changes

Keep the Main Heading short, bold, and inspiring — it is the first thing visitors see on your website
Use the Short Description to reinforce your institute's vision in one line
Assign the hero section to the most important pages of your website for maximum impact
You can create multiple hero sections and assign each one to different pages
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
