How to upload Mandatory Disclosure documents on VIDYAOne School Website

The Mandatory Disclosure section allows your institute to publish legally required information such as school details, official documents, exam results, teaching staff data, and infrastructure details. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Rules and Policy.

How to Navigate to the Mandatory Disclosure Editor

  • Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel

  • Under Rules and Policy, click on Mandatory Disclosure

  • You will see the following tabs: General Information, Mandatory Documents, Results, Teaching Staff, Infrastructure, and Important PDFs

Tab 1: General Information


This tab contains the core details of your institute that are required for mandatory disclosure.
  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. Fill in the following fields:

School Details (Required)
  • School Name – The official registered name of the institute

  • Affiliation Number – The school's affiliation number

  • School Code – The official school code

Principal's Details (Recommended)
  • Principal's Name – Full name of the principal

  • Email Address – Official email address

  • Mobile Number – Contact number

  • Principal Qualification – Academic qualifications (e.g., "Ph.D. (Education)", "M.Sc. (Physics)"). Click + Add More to add multiple qualifications.

Location Details (Recommended)
  • Street Address, City, State, District, Country, PIN Code

Tab 2: Mandatory Documents

This tab allows you to upload official certificates and documents required for disclosure.

  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. For each document, fill in the following:

    • File Name / Caption – A name for the uploaded file (e.g., "Samithi Certificate", "No Objection Certificate", "Right to Education (RTE) Certificate", "Valid Building Safety Certificate"). Maximum 70 characters.

    • Click Upload File to upload the document

    • Category – Select the document category from the dropdown (e.g., "Informative Documents")

    • Display Order – The order in which this document appears on the page

    • Check Allow Download to let visitors download the document

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Tab 3: Results


This tab allows you to publish board exam results for Class X and Class XII.
  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. For each year's results, fill in the following fields for both Class X Results and Class XII Results:

    • Year – The academic year (e.g., 2022, 2023)

    • Registered Students – Total number of students who appeared for the exam

    • Students Passed – Total number of students who passed

    • Pass Percentage – The pass percentage (e.g., "98%")

    • Remarks – A brief note about the results (e.g., "Excellent performance with a strong overall result")

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Tab 4: Teaching Staff


This tab allows you to publish a summary of your institute's teaching staff numbers.
  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Principal's Name

    • Total Teachers – Total number of teachers in the institute

    • Post Graduate Teachers – Number of post-graduate qualified teachers

    • Trainee Graduate Teachers – Number of trainee graduate teachers

    • Primary Teachers – Number of primary section teachers

    • Teachers Section Ratio – The ratio of teachers to sections (e.g., "1.6")

    • Special Educators – Number of special educators

    • Counsellor and Wellness Teacher – Number of counsellors and wellness teachers

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Tab 5: Infrastructure

This tab allows you to publish details about your institute's physical infrastructure.

  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. Fill in the following fields:

    • Total Campus Area in Sq. Mtr.

    • Number of Classrooms

    • Classrooms Size

    • Chemistry Lab Size

    • Physics Lab Size

    • Biology Lab Size

    • Composite Science Lab Size

    • Mathematics Lab Size

    • Computer Lab Size

    • Internet Facility – Select Yes or No from the dropdown

    • Girls Toilets – Number of girls' toilets

    • Boys Toilets – Number of boys' toilets

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Tab 6: Important PDFs

This tab allows you to upload key documents that parents and visitors can download directly from the disclosure page.


  1. Click the Edit button on the top right

  2. For each PDF, fill in the following:

    • File Name / Caption – A name for the uploaded file (e.g., "School Prospectus", "Admission Guidelines"). Maximum 70 characters.

    • Click Upload File to upload the PDF

    • Display Order – The order in which this file appears on the page

    • Check Allow Download to let visitors download the file

  3. Click Save to apply your changes

Important Tips

  • Keep all information in the Mandatory Disclosure section accurate and up to date as it is a legal requirement

  • Upload clear, readable PDF documents so parents and authorities can review them easily

  • Update the Results tab at the end of every academic year

  • Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
