📤 How to Upload Your School Prospectus

Follow these simple steps to upload and showcase your school's prospectus on the website:

✅ STEP 1: Prepare the Prospectus Files

• Scan all pages of your printed prospectus.

• Save each page individually in .JPG format.

• Maintain the recommended file dimensions:

  • Width: 1050px (Depend on image) 

  • Height: 1360px (Depend on image) 

  • Resolution: 72–100 DPI

💡 Keep the image size optimized for faster loading on the website.

✅ STEP 2: Login and Access the Prospectus Option

• Go to your Admin Panel.

• Click on the “Prospectus” option in the menu.

✅ STEP 3: Add a New Prospectus Page

1. Click on the “New Prospectus” button.

1. Click on the “Upload” button.
   
2. Then click “Save” to add the page.

🔁 STEP 4: Upload Additional Pages

Repeat STEP 3 for each additional page of your prospectus.

📝 Each page must be uploaded one by one as separate entries.

👁️ STEP 5: Preview the Final Prospectus

• Click on the “Website Preview” button.

• View how your uploaded prospectus appears on the school website.
