How to upload the School Prospectus on VIDYAOne school website
The Prospectus webpage allows your institute to publish and share the school prospectus with parents and visitors directly on the website. VIDYAOne lets you manage this from the admin panel under Media & Resources.
How to Navigate to the Prospectus Menu
Go to the left sidebar in the admin panel
Under Media & Resources, click on Downloads
At the top of the page, click on the Prospectus tab
How to Add or Update a Prospectus
- Click the Edit button on the top right
- Click + New Prospectus to add a new entry, or edit an existing one
- Fill in the following fields in the Prospectus Page Content section:
- Heading – The title for the prospectus section (e.g., "Prospectus for Classes 1 to 5"). Maximum 70 characters.
- Description – A brief description of what the prospectus covers. Maximum 800 characters.
- Upload Date – The date the prospectus was published or uploaded
How to Upload a Prospectus Image & File
You can upload a cover image of the prospectus to display on the page.
Scroll down to the Prospectus Page Image section
Click on the image area to upload the prospectus cover image. Maximum image size is 1MB (600 x 400 pixels).
Fill in the following:
- Image Caption – A short title for the image
- Image Description (Alt Text) – A short description of the image. Maximum 70 characters.
Check Allow Image Download if you want visitors to be able to download the image
You can reorder prospectus entries by dragging and dropping them into the desired order
Click Save to apply your changes
Important Tips
Upload a separate prospectus entry for each class group if your institute has different prospectuses (e.g., Classes 1–5, Classes 6–10, Classes 11–12)
Keep the description clear so parents know exactly what the prospectus covers before downloading
Update the prospectus at the beginning of each academic year
Click Publish from the top right of the admin panel to make your changes live on the website
