How To Upload Videos From Your You Tube Chanel?

The Video Gallery option allows you to easily showcase school-related videos (events, functions, activities) from your YouTube channel directly on your school website.

✅ Steps to Upload a Video:

  1. Open the Admin Panel and go to the "Video Gallery" option.



Click on the "New Video" button.


🔗 Copy YouTube Video Link:

  1. Open your YouTube Channel in a new tab.

  2. Select the video you want to upload and copy the URL from the browser address bar.



📝 Add Video Details:

  1. Return to the New Video section in the Video Gallery.

  2. Paste the copied URL into the Video URL box.

  3. Select the appropriate Group (category).

  4. Write the Video Name/Title.

  5. Add a brief description of the video.

  6. Click on the "Save" button.


our video is now successfully added to the school website’s Video Gallery.

🧠 Note: Make sure the video on YouTube is set to Public so that it’s visible to everyone on your website
