📄 How to Use Downloaded Templates
This article explains how to correctly use downloaded template files in VIDYA School Software for Marksheet and ID Card generation.
📝 Marksheet Template Setup
Follow the steps below to use a downloaded marksheet template:
📥 Step 1: Download the Template File
Download the marksheet template file.
Example file name: MARKSHEET007.RPT
✏️ Step 2: Rename the File
Rename the downloaded file as shown below:
From: MARKSHEET007.RPT
To: MARKSHEET_4.RPT
📂 Step 3: Place the File in Correct Folder
Copy and paste the renamed file into the following folder:
[Last Drive]:\VIDYAOne\Database\REPORTS\Exam
OR
[Last Drive]:\VIDYAOne\Database\REPORTS\ExamCBSE
ℹ️ Use the folder based on the exam type you are using (Exam or ExamCBSE).
🪪 ID Card Template Setup
Follow the steps below to use a downloaded ID Card template:
📥 Step 1: Download the Template File
Download the ID Card template file.
Example file name: IDCARD007.RPT
✏️ Step 2: Rename the File
Rename the downloaded file as shown below:
From: IDCARD007.RPT
To: IDCARD.RPT
📂 Step 3: Place the File in Correct Folder
Copy and paste the renamed file into the following folder:
[Last Drive]:\VIDYAOne\Database\Reports\Student
✔️ Note: After placing the template files in the correct folder, restart VIDYA School Software to ensure the templates are detected properly.
