To manage SEO details:
Login to the VIDYAOne School Website Admin Panel.
Open the Settings section.
Click on SEO Settings.
The SEO Settings page will open where all website pages are displayed category-wise.
You will see pages such as:
Home
About Us
Admission
School Info
Curriculum
Syllabus
Fee Structure
Privacy Policy
Every page contains an Edit SEO button.
Inside the SEO Settings page, each page also shows:
Active
Inactive
Here, Active means SEO details have already been added for that page.
Inactive means the page does not yet contain proper SEO information such as:
Meta Title
Meta Description
OG Settings
Adding SEO details changes the page status from inactive to active.
This helps schools quickly identify which pages still require SEO optimization.
To add SEO details:
Find the required page.
Click on the Edit SEO button.
A side panel will open containing SEO fields like:
Title
Description
Canonical URL
OG Title
OG Description
Social Media Image
The Meta Title is the title that appears on:
Google search results
Browser tabs
Search engine listings
A good title should clearly explain the page content.
Example titles:
Best CBSE School in Lucknow | VIDYAOne Public School
School Admission Open 2026 | VIDYAOne School
Fee Structure and Admission Details | VIDYAOne
A strong meta title helps:
Improve search rankings
Increase website clicks
Make the page easier to understand
While writing titles:
Keep them short and meaningful
Use important keywords naturally
Mention the school name if possible
Avoid keyword stuffing
Good SEO titles usually stay within 50–60 characters.
The Meta Description is the short paragraph shown below the title in Google search results.
This description helps users understand what the page contains before clicking the website.
Example:
Explore admission details, curriculum structure, facilities, and academic programs at VIDYAOne Public School.
A good description improves:
Search visibility
Website traffic
User engagement
For better SEO:
Keep descriptions simple and readable
Use keywords naturally
Explain the page clearly
Avoid duplicate descriptions on multiple pages
Meta descriptions usually work best between 120–160 characters.
The Canonical URL tells search engines which page version should be considered the main page.
This helps avoid duplicate content issues in SEO.
The canonical URL is usually auto-generated, but schools should verify that the correct page URL is displayed.
Example:
After adding the title and description:
Click on the Save button.
The SEO details will now be stored for that page.
Once SEO information is added properly, the page status changes to Active inside the SEO Settings panel.
After saving SEO updates, schools should also click on the Publish button from the website panel.
Publishing ensures:
Updated SEO settings go live
Search engines can detect new information
Visitors see updated page details properly
Without publishing, the latest SEO changes may not appear correctly on the live website.
To improve school website SEO:
Write unique titles for every page
Use school-related keywords naturally
Keep descriptions simple and informative
Update SEO regularly
Avoid copying the same SEO content across pages
Well-written SEO settings help improve your school website’s online visibility and search performance.
