SMS Template ( SMS Module )

In VIDYA the School Management Software SMS Template option is used to add SMS templates in VIDYA School Software.

Follow the Below Steps to Add, Edit and Delete SMS templates.

  • First Click on SMS Module. 
  • Click on SMS Template option.
         
  1. Following window will open.
       
  1.  To add Template in VIDYA School Software.
       
  1.  First fill the Template Id (Copy the template id from DLT portal).
  2.  Fill the Template Name.
  3.   Paste the SMS template in Template section.
  4.  Click on Save Button to save the Template.
  5.  Click on Reset Button to reset the Filled record.
  6. Your SMS template will be Added Successfully
  7.  You can see the added templates in below section or you can print all the template list by using Print button.
  1. To Edit Template in VIDYA School Software.
             
  1.  Update the Template Id (Copy the template id from DLT portal).
  2.   Update the Template Name.
  3. Paste the SMS Template in Template section.
  4. Click on Update Button to save the template.
  5. Click on Reset Button to reset the Filled record.
  6.  Your SMS template will be Updated Successfully. 
  1.  To Delete Template from VIDYA School Software.
  
  1. Click on Delete.
  2. Click on Yes Button.
  3. Click on Yes Button.


  1.  Your SMS template will be deleted successfully.
