In VIDYA the School Management Software, User Account option is
used to create a new user account or modify the existing user account.
Follow the Below Steps to Create or Update User
Account.
- First Click on Admin Module.
- Select the User Account Option.
- The following window will open.
- Follow the
Below Steps to Create a New User Account.
- Name: -
Fill The Name of User.
- Designation:
- Fill The Designation of
User.
- Login
Name: - Fill The Login Name
for User to Login Into VIDYA School Software.
- Password:
- Fill The Password of User to
Login into VIDYA School Software.
- Confirm
Password: - Confirm the Login
Password.
- Browse
Photo: - Click on Browse Photo
Button to add the Photo of User.
- Final Step: - Active the Modules that you want to give the Access to user. Then Click on Save Button. Your User Account will be created successfully.
- Follow the
Below Steps to Update User Account.
- Change
Pass: - Select the user and
click on Change Pass Button to Change the Login password.
- Choose the
Login Name
- Enter the
Old Password.
- Then
Create New password.
- Enter the
Password again to confirm it.
- Delete:
- Click on Delete button to
delete the user Account.
- Module:
- Select the modules that you
want to give Access to User and click on Update button.
After Doing this Steps your User Account will be
Modified Successfully.
