Modify Account Book details

In VIDYA the School Management Software Account Book Modify option is used to update an existing Account Book in Account Module.

Follow the Below Steps to Update Account Book.

  1.  First Click on Account Module.  
  • Open the A/c Book (Modify) option.                                                                                                                

  • The following window will open. 
     ·   
  • Select the account group of select all group.
  •  Click on Load record Button.
  • Your all account book record will be listed as follows.
  • To Edit Account Book
    •   Select the Account book.
    •  Click on edit button.
     
  1.  Click on Yes Button.
  2. Update the Account record.
  3. Click on Save Button. Your account book will be updated successfully.
           
  • To Delete Account Book.
    • Select the Account book
    • Click on Cancel Book button.
       
  1. Click on Yes Button.
  2. The Following window will be open at front of you.
  3. ​Click on cancel Button. Your account book will be Cancel successfully.
       
  • To Print Account Book List.
    •  Click on Print Book Button.
    • Your All account book report will be open at front of you can print or export it.
