Modify Leaving Certificate details

Leaving Certificate - Modify ( Certificate Module )

In VIDYA the School Management Software Modify leaving Certificate option is used to print, update and delete the Teacher’s Leaving Certificate.

Follow the Below Steps to update the leaving Certificate.

First Click on Certificate Module.
Select Leaving Certificate > Modify option from Certificate module.

The following window will open.

Select All Leaving Letter Or Date wise (Date From and Date To)
Then click on Load Button.
Your All Leaving Certificate will be listed as follows.

To Print Leaving certificate.

Select the record and Click on print.

Your Leaving certificate will be generated you can print or export it.

To Edit Leaving certificate.

Select the record.
Click on Edit.

The Following window will be open at front of you.

Update the Details.
Click on Update Button, your record will be updated successfully.

To Delete Leaving certificate.

Select the record.
Click on Delete.

Click on yes Button and your record will be deleted successfully.

To print list of generated Leaving Certificates.

Select the records.
Click on Print Button.

Your List will be generated as follows. You can print it.
