Modify TC MP

In VIDYA the School Management Software TC MP Modify option is used to print, Update and Delete the MP Transfer Certificate.

Follow the Below Steps to update TC MP. 

1. First Click on Certificate Module.    
   

• Select  Transfer Certificate > TC (M.P.) > Modify  option.

       

• The following window will open.
  

       

1. Select All TC
   

             OR

1. Select From and To Date.
   
2. Click on Load Button.
   
3. Your all TC will be listed as Follows.
   

             

1. To Print Transfer certificate.
   
1.  Select the Format.
   
2. Select the record and Click on print.
   

       

1.  Your Transfer certificate will be generated you can print or export it.
   

          

• To Edit Transfer certificate.
  
•  Select the record.
  
•  Click on Edit.
  

                        

• The Following window will be open at front of you.
  

            

•  Update the Details.
  
• Click on Update Button, your record will be updated successfully.   ·      
•    To Delete Transfer certificate.
•  Select the record.
  
•    Click on Delete.
  

                

1. Click on yes Button and your record will be deleted successfully.
   

              

•  To Delete Multiple Experience certificate at a time.
  
•  Select the records.
  
•  Click on Delete Button.
  

                  

• Click on Yes Button and your record will be deleted successfully.
  

             ·        

• To print list of generated Transfer Certificates.
  
• Select the records.
  
•  Click on Print Button.
  

           

•  Your List will be generated as follows. You can print it.
