Print Class Fee Structure for Old and New Admission

Fee Structure ( Fee Module )

The Fee Structure feature in VIDYA School Software allows school administrators to view, manage, and print class-wise fee structures for both new and old students. This is essential for maintaining clarity in fee distribution and sharing accurate information with students and parents.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to print class fee structure -

  • Click on Fee Module.
  • Click on Fee Structure option.
         
  • Select  ☑ Shift [▼], ☑ Class [▼], ☑ Stream [▼] (only for higher classes)  to view the class fee structure of that class.
  • The class fee structure for both old and new students will be listed as follows.
  • Click on calculate button to calculate amount of old and new admission
  • Click on Print button to print class fee structure.
