Purchase List ( Inventory Module )
In VIDYA the School Management Software Purchase List option is used to see the record of Purchased Items.
Follow the Below Steps to Generate & Print record of Purchased items in Inventory.
- First Click the Inventory module.

Select the
Purchase List
option.
- The following window will open.
- Select Date From and Date To and then click “Load” button.
- Your All Purchase record will be listed as Follows.
- Click
on any Purchase record and you will the Purchased item record in Invoice
Details.
- Click
on Delete Button to delete the record of purchased Item.
- Click
“PRINT”
button to print this purchase detail.
