The Result Calculation feature is designed to compute students’ Marks, Percentage, Division, and Rank automatically, based on predefined Division Settings. This tool ensures accuracy and efficiency in final result processing.

📌 Before You Begin

✔ Ensure marks have been entered for all students.

✔ Verify that Division Settings are correctly configured.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to process Result Calculation:-                       -  


  1. Click on Exam  Module.
  2. Select Result Calculation option.
 
  1. Select Shift, Class, Stream & Section .
  2. Click Load Records button.

  1. 1       Click Calculate Result.

      • The software will auto-generate:
        • Total Marks
        • Percentage
        • Division
        • Rank
        • Remarks

    Add Attendance & Working Days

    In the fields provided:

      • Enter working days in W. Days | or W. Days ||
      • Fill student attendance in Atten1 or Atten2

    Save & Print Results

    • Click Save to store the result.
    • Click Print to generate a printable report card.

     

    💡 once saved, the calculated results are stored in the system and ready for official reporting and distribution.
