The Result Calculation feature is used to compute Marks, Percentage, Division, and Rank of students as per the settings defined in the Division Setting section.

Pre-requisites
Before calculating results, ensure:
  1. Division Setting has been properly configured.
  2.  Marks Entry is complete.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to process Result Calculation -                  

  • Click on Exam CBSE  Module.
  • Select Result Calculation option.               

                                                                                                                  

      Select Shift, Class, Stream & Section.

     Click Load Records button.




  1. Select Result Term to calculate term wise.
  2. When selecting Result Term, the Students Records gets sorted according to the Exams of the selected Term.
  3. To fill the Attendance of the students, enter the working days of 1st and 2nd term in the field provided.
  4. Scroll right and enter the student's attendance in the Atten column.
  5. Click on the Calculate Result button to calculate the results of the students.
  6. Click on the Position in Class button to calculate the students ranking in class.
  7. Click on the Save button to save the records
