Save School details
In VIDYA the School Management Software School Setting option is used to save School Information in "VIDYA-The School Management". This Saved information is shown on your software and on the generated module reports.
Follow the Below Steps to Add or Update the School Details.
- First Click on Settings Module.
- Select the School Details Option.
- The
following window will open.
- Fill in
the Following Details of the School.
Note:-
Image (Logo/Signature/Header/Footer) Size Should not be more than 50KB.
Don’t Use any type of Special Character or Quotes (‘ “) in the Below
Entries. Only use Comma (,).
- Branch:
- Select the Branch Type by
Using Dropdown.
- Board: -
Fill The School Board (Hindi/English/CBSC/ICSE).
- Medium:
- Fill the Medium (Hindi
/English).
- Name: -
Fill The Complete School Name.
- Slogan:
- Fill The School Slogan.
- Address:- Fill the Address of the School.
- Pincode:-Fill Pincode of the School.
- State: -
Fill The State of the School.
- City: - Fill City of the School.
- Transport
No: - Fill The Transport
Number of the School.
- Email
ID: - Fill the School’s Email
ID.
- Website:
- Fill The Website Address of
School.
- Logo:-
- If you want to attach the Logo in VIDYA School Software. Click on From File Button to Attach the Logo Image (JPG) in VIDYA School Software.
- If you want to remove School Logo from VIDYA School Software. Click on Clear Button.
- Signature:-
- If you want to attach the Signature in VIDYA School Software. Click on From File Button to Attach the Signature Image (JPG) in VIDYA School Software.
- If you want to remove Signature from VIDYA School Software Click on Clear Button.
- Header:-
- If you want to attach the Header in VIDYA School Software. Click on From File Button to Attach the Header Image (JPG) in VIDYA School Software and Active the Show on report Checkbox.
- If you want to remove Header from VIDYA School Software. Click on Clear Button or deactivate the show on report Checkbox.
- Footer:-
- If you want to attach the Footer in VIDYA School Software. Click on From File Button to Attach the Footer Image (JPG) in VIDYA School Software and Active the Show on report Checkbox.
- If you want to remove Footer from VIDYA School Software. Click on Clear Button or deactivate the show on report Checkbox.
- After Filling the Above Details Click on Save Button. Your School details will be Added Successfully.
- Then Click on Close Button to Close the School Details Section.
