Sell Products to Customer

In VIDYA the School Management Software Sale Invoice option is used sale the items of Inventory Module.

Follow the Below Steps to Sale item from Inventory. 

  •   First Click the Inventory module.   

  •  Select the Sale   option.                                                                                                                                                             
  • The following window will open.
        
  • First Select the Customer.
         
  • Or  Click on Student Button.
    •  Select Student by Choosing Shift, Class, Stream or Section.  Or
    •   Search the Student by Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Reg No etc.
         
  1.  Select the item group
  2. Select the item sub group.
  3. Select the item.
  4. Fill the Quantity of Item.
  5. Click on Add Button. 
         
  1. All item listed as follows.

      
  1. Click on Delete Button to remove the item from Item Details.


  1. Fill the invoice detail.
  2. Fill the Other Amount (if required) and Fill the Narration of Other Amount
  3. Fill The Discount Amount (if required) and Fill the narration of Discount Amount.
  4.  Fill the paid Amount.
  5.  Click On Save Button.
  6. Your Item Purchased record will be saved successfully. You will be see the record in Sale List.
      
  1.  Your Sale Invoice will be generated successfully. You can print or export it.
