The Birthday feature helps schools easily view and manage student birthdays. Whether it’s today, tomorrow, or an upcoming event, this feature ensures no birthday goes unnoticed!
👁️ How to View the Student Birthday List
Follow these simple steps:
✅ Step 1: Access Birthday Section

Log in to your Admin Panel.

Go to the Student menu.

Click on the “Birthday” option.
✅ Step 2: View Categories
Birthdays are categorized into:

Today’s Birthdays
-
Tomorrow’s Birthdays
-
Upcoming Birthdays
-
Belated Birthdays
-
You can select numbers of record which you want to display.
📝 How to Update Student Birthday
To correct or update a student's date of birth:
✅ Step 1: Select Class Details

Go to the Birthday option under the Student menu.

Select Session, Class, and Section.
✅ Step 2: Load Students

Click on the “Load Student” button.

Locate the student whose birthday needs to be updated.
✅ Step 3: Update Date of Birth

Select the correct birth date for the student.
Click on the “Update” button to save changes.
🎉 Done! The student’s birthday has been successfully updated and will now appear in the correct category on the list.
