Here’s what’s new:


Idea✨ New Features

1. Student Module

  • New‑Entry
    • APAAR ID field : Store students’ APAAR IDs for streamlined record‑keeping.
    • ABC ID field (for degree colleges): store students’ ABC IDs for streamlined record‑keeping.
    • Enrolment No. field (for degree colleges): Store students’ Enrolment No for streamlined record‑keeping. 
  • Class Update
    • Section Option: Promote students into specific sections in one seamless step. 
  • Detail Report
    • APAAR ID now appears on the Detail Report for quick reference.

2. Fee Module

  • Fee Structure
    • Calculate Button
      : Instantly Calculate fee breakdowns for both new admissions and Old Admissions with the new Calculate button.

3. Transport Module

  • Report -> Fee Collection
    • Summary Report
      : Generate a comprehensive Summary Report in the Transport Fee Collection to see outstanding dues at a glance.

4. Exam Module

  • Mark Entry
    • Delete Student:
      User can remove incorrect entries when a student has been assigned to the wrong class or section.

5. Certificate Module

  • Transfer Certificate
    • APAAR ID: Added APAAR ID on all Transfer Certificates.

Other Issue Resolved

1-    Student Module

  • Roll No.
    • Changed data type from int to long to accommodate larger roll‑number ranges.
  • New Entry.
    • Resolved Section Setting issue in student New Entry Section.

2-  Fee Module

  • New Entry Sibling
    • Resolved “Sibling not found” error on the New Entry Sibling.
  • Day Book Report
    • Fixed the total count of fee receipts. Now total fee receipt showing in report.
  • Dues Notices (English & Hindi)
    • Removed the “Receipt Balance” field.

3-  Transport Module

  • Report-> Fee Collection
    • Fixed class wise sorting in Transport Fee Collection.
  • Area or Stop
    • Fixed “Fare” spelling in Area or Stop
  •  Report-> Fee Collection
    • Renamed the label “Transport Fee Dues” in Fee Collection.

4-  Exam Module

  • Admit Card
    • Fixed Sr. No. issue in Exam/ Exam CBSE Admit Cards. Now user can generate Admit card with Sr no.
  • Result Calculation
    • Fixed Roll Number sorting in "Result Calculation".
  • Division Setting
    • Fixed remark and result display issue and fixed edits issue in Division settings.

5-   Certificate Module

  • Transfer Certificate
    • Corrected the spelling of “Thirteen” from DOB in TC English Format.

6-   Account Module

  •  Report
    • Fixed date wise sorting in Account Report

7-  Admin Module

  • User Account
    • Fixed login password length validation. Now user can login more the 10 digit password.
