What is Alumni

The Alumni section of the VIDYA School Website allows you to connect with and celebrate past students. This section is ideal for sharing alumni messages, achievements, testimonials, and photos—strengthening your school community and legacy.

✅ Step 1: Log in to your Admin Panel.

✅ Step 2: Go to Academic → Alumni.

You will see the Alumni Message displayed on this page. This is the content visitors will see on your school's website.

✏️ How to Edit the Alumni Message

To update or personalize the alumni message, follow these simple steps:

✅ Step 1: Go to Academic → Alumni.

✅ Step 2: Click the “Edit Alumni” button.

✅ Step 3: The content will open in editing mode. Make the desired changes using the text editor.

✅ Step 4: Click the “Update” button to save the content.

Your updated message will now appear on the Alumni section of your website.

🖼️ How to Change the Image in the Alumni Section

Follow these steps to replace an image in the Alumni section:

✅ Step 1: Go to Academic → Alumni.

✅ Step 2: Click the “Edit Alumni” button.

✅ Step 3: Right-click on the image you want to replace and select “Image Properties.”

✅ Step 4:

In the Image Properties window:

Click “Browse” to select a new image from your device.
Click “Send it to the Server.”
Click “OK.”

✅ Step 5: If needed, adjust the width to 100% and clear the height value for proper responsiveness.

✅ Step 6: Click the “Update” button to save your changes.

Your Alumni message and images have been successfully updated and will now reflect on your school’s public website.
