How to Manage Enquiry ?

The Enquiry feature on the VIDYA School Website allows visitors (such as parents, students, or prospects) to send messages or questions directly from the website—anytime, without waiting.

All enquiries are:

  • Instantly visible in the Admin Panel

  • Sent via email to your configured school contact

  • Optionally sent to CC recipients if configured

  • Categorized and trackable based on their status

This tool improves communication, speeds up response time, and helps organize incoming queries.


🛠️ How to Add Enquiry Categories

You can categorize enquiries (e.g., Admissions, Fees, Transport) to better organize and respond to them.

✅ Steps:

  1. Open the Enquiry option from your Admin Panel.



Click on the “Setting” button.



  1. In the “Enquiry For” box, type the new enquiry category (e.g., Admission).
  2. Click the “Save” button.
  3. To delete a category, click the Delete Icon next to it.



🗂️ These categories will now be available as dropdown options for users submitting enquiries on your website.

📬 Where Do I Receive Enquiries?

  1. All enquiries submitted through the school website are displayed in the Enquiry Inbox in your admin panel.

✅ Steps to View Enquiries:

  1. Go to the Enquiry section from the Admin Panel.

  2. All incoming enquiries will be listed in the Inbox.

  3. You can filter and sort enquiries using the following status tabs:

    • Inbox

    • Lead

    • In-Process

    • Complete

    • Important

    • Spam

    • Contact

Click on an enquiry to read or reply.



Use the Delete Icon to remove any unwanted or processed enquiry.
