The most common reason for video playback issues is an incorrect YouTube URL.
VIDYAOne Video Gallery supports only YouTube videos.
To get the correct video URL:
Open the video on YouTube.
Click the Share button below the video.
Copy the YouTube link.
Now paste this link into the YouTube Video Link field in the Video Gallery section.
Do not use:
Shortened unknown URLs
Private share links
Non-YouTube video links
Broken copied URLs
Incorrect URLs may prevent the video from loading.
If the YouTube video privacy setting is restricted, visitors may not be able to watch it on your website.
Open the video on YouTube and verify that it is Public or Unlisted. Avoid using Private videos, Age-restricted videos, Removed videos. Private videos cannot be played on public websites.
Sometimes the original YouTube video gets Deleted, Removed by the owner, Blocked due to copyright, Changed to private, If this happens, the video will stop working on your school website.
Solution:
Open the video directly on YouTube, Check if it plays normally. If the video is unavailable, Upload a new video to YouTube and Replace the old link in the Video Gallery
To check the video settings in VIDYAOne:
Login to the School Website Admin Panel.
Go to: Gallery → Video Gallery
Select the category.
Click the Edit button.
Check the YouTube Video Link field carefully.
Make sure:
The full YouTube link is pasted correctly
No extra spaces are added
The link is complete
Before publishing the video, Click the Video Preview button.This helps to confirm The video link is working. The video opens correctly. The thumbnail appears properly. If preview does not work: Replace the video link. Recheck YouTube settings
Sometimes users save the video but forget to publish the changes.
Important: Saving updates only changes the admin panel. To show the video on the live website:
Click Save then click Publish. without publishing, the video may not appear on the website.

Always paste a clean and complete URL.
