VIDYAOne Video Gallery supports only YouTube videos.

To get the correct video URL:

Now paste this link into the YouTube Video Link field in the Video Gallery section.

Do not use:

  • Shortened unknown URLs

  • Private share links

  • Non-YouTube video links

  • Broken copied URLs

Incorrect URLs may prevent the video from loading.

Check if the Video is Public on YouTube

If the YouTube video privacy setting is restricted, visitors may not be able to watch it on your website.

How to Check YouTube Privacy Settings

Open the video on YouTube and verify that it is Public or Unlisted. Avoid using Private videos, Age-restricted videos, Removed videos. Private videos cannot be played on public websites.

Make Sure the Video Still Exists

  • Select the category.

  • Click the Edit button.

  • The full YouTube link is pasted correctly

  • No extra spaces are added

  • The link is complete

Use the Video Preview Button

Before publishing the video, Click the Video Preview button.This helps to confirm The video link is working. The video opens correctly. The thumbnail appears properly. If preview does not work: Replace the video link. Recheck YouTube settings

Publish the Changes After Saving

Sometimes users save the video but forget to publish the changes.

Important:  Saving updates only changes the admin panel. To show the video on the live website:
